Welcome to Ananth Aravali Resort & Waterpark, operated by Gokulgarh Eco Resorts Private Limited. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 Booking Process

• All reservations are subject to availability
• A valid payment method is required to confirm bookings
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
• Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided

2.2 Payment

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other accepted methods
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the booking type
• We reserve the right to pre-authorize your payment method

2.3 Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests, staff, and property
• Comply with all resort rules and regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities or activities that disturb other guests
• Follow safety guidelines, especially at the waterpark and adventure activities
• Not smoke in designated non-smoking areas
• Be responsible for any damage caused to resort property

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund if these terms are violated.

5. Waterpark and Adventure Activities

5.1 Safety Requirements

• Guests must follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Height, weight, and age restrictions apply to certain activities
• Life jackets and safety equipment must be worn where required
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times

5.2 Assumption of Risk

Participation in waterpark and adventure activities involves inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and should assess their physical fitness before engaging in activities.

5.3 Operational Changes

We reserve the right to close or modify attractions due to weather conditions, maintenance, capacity limits, or safety concerns without prior notice or compensation.

6. Liability

6.1 Personal Belongings

The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes and lockers.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gokulgarh Eco Resorts Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or facilities.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, wars, or labor disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gokulgarh Eco Resorts Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
